High Voltage Covered Conductor Installation (Hendrix Spacer Cable System)

This course provides the knowledge and skills to install High Voltage Covered Conductor using the Hendrix Spacer Cable System. It includes the plant, equipment, tools and hardware for installation, the preparation required for installation and the installation techniques and procedures.  The installation includes the stringing, tensioning and terminating of the cable.

It also includes the relevant OHS/WHS requirements, applicable codes of practices and industry guidelines for installing high voltage overhead cables.
