Contact with overhead power lines of any type can have devastating consequences.  This course focuses on the dangers associated with overhead power lines. It covers the regulatory requirements for working near overhead power lines, overhead power line voltages, the types of overhead power line hazards, the requirements and procedures for working safely near overhead power lines and the emergency procedures for contact with an overhead power line.
