Working Safely Near Electricity Assets

Workers can be exposed to serious and life threatening hazards when working near or operating plant near overhead and underground electricity assets.  A sound knowledge of the hazards and the requirements for working or operating plant near assets is essential for managing these hazards     This course covers identifying the different assets, the voltages associated with the asset, the dangers associated with electricity assets, the requirements and procedures for working near these assets and the relevant emergency procedures.
